Buying a house can be a stressful and difficult time so imagine buying house in a different country however buying a house at Harbor Oaks went like a dream. My wife and I dreamed of buying a house/condo in Florida for the last 2 years with the view of moving over permanently, and we particularly liked the Port Richey/Tarpon Springs and surrounding areas.

Harbor Oaks was the second condominium complex we visited and straight away we knew it was the property we were searching for. From the moment we stepped into the office we were greeted by Raquel Munoz who showed us the 2 bed/2 bath showroom and answered all our questions openly and honestly being a refurbishment site we wanted to be sure how the finished complex would look and she showed us around the grounds explaining what’s going to happen and when.

We must have visited another 10/12 complex’s over the next few days but we knew that we would be going back to Harbor Oaks at Hudson.

The mortgage was arranged by on site bankers and the completion date was set. We returned in December 2006 and are now proud owners of a 2 bed/2 bath condo in Hudson Florida.

The after care we have received from Mary Hilbish and her site team has been excellent with 1 or 2 little jobs that needed sorting being completed the same morning. Mary keeps us up to date with regards to our property and keeps extra watch over our little home.

From start to finish the Harbor Oaks team have been excellent, extremely helpful with any questions or worries that we may have had.
